Dear Marketing Department:
My name is________________and I have ( been a member of
your organization/ employee/ friend of your
acquaintance/ resident of... ) for ____ years. As you
may know, I am also a part of the Joubert Syndrome
Foundation & Related Cerebellar Disorders. Our
organization is made up of over 450 families worldwide
whose children have this very rare genetic disorder
which has similarities to Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
The Joubert Syndrome Foundation & Related Cerebellar
Disorders is an international organization whose
families voluntarily dedicate their time and energy to
building a network of support, resource, and information
for people living with Joubert Syndrome & Related
Cerebellar Disorders. We are committed to assisting
physicians with research, increasing public awareness
and educating the health community.
As a parent, I am asking for your support. I am asking
you to help by (be specific and realistic in your
request--- eg: donating your company's frequent flyer
miles; donating 500 T-shirts to be printed with the
Foundation's logo and distributed; pens with the JSF &
RCD information on it, items to be sold at the silent
auction, gift card from companies are always nice too
example: target, Sam's Club etc, baskets full of
goodies, wines, etc)
Of course your donation is tax deductible. Our Federal
Tax ID# is 52-1871536. For more information on our

we will gladly mention you at the conference for such a
gracious donation, place a thank you in our quarterly
newsletter and a thank you and link from our website to
yours.
